All registration is done online via TeamSnap. Participant scholarships are available upon request, please contact the Sacred Heart CYO Athletic Director for more details.
For each sport there are two registration “periods”:
Early registration – during this period parents can register their child(ren) at a reduced fee.
Standard registration – after the early registration period ends, parents can register their child(ren) at the standard price up until the registration close date.
After the standard registration period has closed, registration can only be processed at the discretion of the applicable sports coordinator, in his or her discretion.
Fees are determined by the Sacred Heart CYO Board based on costs of running our sports and team fees charged by The Seattle Archdiocese CYO Administration. Participant fees are subject to change each year at the discretion of the Board.
Sacred Heart CYO Refund Policy:
A full refund will be issued to participants if a team is cancelled for any reason.
A full refund will be issued to participants if they have registered but then are unable to play due to a medical condition.
All refunds must be requested in email to the appropriate Sports Coordinator no later than Monday morning 9am the second week of the sports season in question. A refund will be given, less a $15.00 service charge. Your refund will be credited to your charge card or mailed to you within approximately two weeks if paid by cash or check.
For sports in grades 6-8 were tryouts are conducted to divide teams by skill level (Varsity/Junior Varsity), it is the expectation that the participant will play on the team for which they are selected. Once tryout results are announced, refunds will be at the discretion of the sports coordinator. Because outside third parties are hired to perform these assessments, any authorized refund will be subject to a minimum $50.00 service fee.
No refunds will be given after the second week of the sports season.
